Due to the high quality of our ethically sourced hair, Oracle wefts have better longevity than other brands. With proper installation and care, our extensions typically last:
8–14 months for sew-in / weft methods

Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% human hair and can be toned or colored by a licensed professional. We recommend doing small strand tests to ensure the hair processes how you want before coloring the whole weft. We do not recommend lightening the hair.

Our hair is 100% virgin human hair with full, intact cuticles. It is top-grade 12A quality, cut from a single, young, healthy donor to ensure consistency in cuticle direction—making it the best quality available on the market. With proper care, it can last 6-12 months. 

All hair is ethically sourced. Originally donated by nuns in monasteries, the supply has shifted over time. Today, most hair is voluntarily sold by local women as a source of income for their families. We ensure all materials are obtained through formal, ethical channels.

We recommend referring to our swatch ring for the best, in person match. Because of natural variation in human hair, slight differences in tone may occur between batches.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within standard shipping windows. We do also offer in person pickup for local orders. We are based in South Jordan, Utah.

We do not offer returns, only exchanges of an equal or greater value. A return shipping label will be deducted from the exchange value. 

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. The exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase, must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.  Product that is used or not attached to the original packaging cannot be exchanged. A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oracle Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Yes. We support professional stylists and salon partners. For wholesale or stylist pricing inquiries, please contact us directly.

To maintain quality and longevity:

• Use sulfate-free, extension-safe products
• Brush daily with a loop or extension-safe brush
• Avoid excessive heat or tension at the root
• Sleep with hair secured in a loose braid or ponytail

Proper care ensures the longest wear and best results.
