Our hair is 100% virgin human hair with full, intact cuticles. It is top-grade 12A quality, cut from a single, young, healthy donor to ensure consistency in cuticle direction—making it the best quality available on the market. With proper care, it can last 6-12 months. 

All hair is ethically sourced. Originally donated by nuns in monasteries, the supply has shifted over time. Today, most hair is voluntarily sold by local women as a source of income for their families. We ensure all materials are obtained through formal, ethical channels.

We recommend working with a stylist for professional color matching. Because of natural variation in human hair, slight differences in tone may occur between batches.
If you need help, our team can assist with virtual color matching.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within standard shipping windows.

We accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused hair within 14 days of purchase. Hair must be in original condition with all ties intact. A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oracle Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
