At Oracle Hair Extensions, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair and exceptional service. We stand behind every bundle we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused hair extensions within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Hair must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Wefts must remain rolled with all ties and bands intact.

  • Hair that has been installed, altered, colored, washed, or otherwise used is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges may be made for hair of equal value. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method less a 10% restocking fee.

Color Matching

Because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, slight variations in color, tone, and texture may occur between batches. We make every effort to provide accurate product images and descriptions; however, natural variations are to be expected.

If you are unhappy with your color selection, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you according to our return and exchange policy.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping timelines may vary during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

Once an order has been shipped, Oracle Hair Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe you have received defective hair or have concerns regarding product quality, please contact us immediately before altering or installing the hair. We may request photos and additional information to evaluate the issue.
