We recommend professional installation for the best results and longevity.

How long do the extensions last?
With proper installation and care, our extensions typically last:
6–12 months for sew-in / weft methods
3–5 months for tape-in maintenance cycles
3–6 months for keratin bonds (with proper upkeep)
Longevity depends on at-home care, installation quality, and maintenance schedule.

Can I color the hair extensions?
Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% human hair and can be toned or colored by a licensed professional. We recommend avoiding excessive lightening to preserve the integrity of the hair.

How do I choose the right color?
We recommend working with a stylist for professional color matching. Because of natural variation in human hair, slight differences in tone may occur between batches.
If you need help, our team can assist with virtual color matching.

How fast does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within standard shipping windows.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns, only exchanges of an equal or greater value. A return shipping label will be deducted from the exchange value. 

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. The exchange must be made within 7 days of original purchase, must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.  Used or product that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be exchanged.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oracle Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Do you offer wholesale or stylist pricing?
Yes. We support professional stylists and salon partners. For wholesale or stylist pricing inquiries, please contact us directly.

How do I care for the extensions?
To maintain quality and longevity:
Use sulfate-free, extension-safe products
Brush daily with a loop or extension-safe brush
Avoid excessive heat or tension at the root
Sleep with hair secured in a loose braid or ponytail
Proper care ensures the longest wear and best results.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused hair extensions within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Hair must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Wefts must remain rolled with all ties and bands intact.
• Hair that has been installed, altered, colored, washed, or otherwise used is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges may be made for hair of equal value. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method less a 10% restocking fee.

Color Matching

Because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, slight variations in color, tone, and texture may occur between batches. We make every effort to provide accurate product images and descriptions; however, natural variations are to be expected.

If you are unhappy with your color selection, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you according to our return and exchange policy.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping timelines may vary during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

Once an order has been shipped, Oracle Hair Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Damaged or Defective Products
